Biography

At age 12, Morgane was a photographic model through a modelling agency. At age 19 she discovered porn during an erotic exhibition show in Paris and decided to give it a try. She was unusual in that, at first, she appeared in a series of films with only one partner; Greg Centauro, who was then her boyfriend. After the end of this love story, she performed with other male porn actors such as Ian Scott in the movie La Cambrioleuse.

She has been the anchorwoman of the Journal du hard, on the pay-TV channel Canal+, since September 2001. She also writes sex advice columns in a few French magazines for teenagers and adults. In France, she often appears on national TV and provides a kind of socially acceptable, family friendly representation of porn.

Clara Morgane has also created her own brand of sensual lingerie : Clara M.

In 2003 she published her first autobiography: Sex Star.

She is also spokeswoman for the French soft drink Gini.


Singing career

In 2007, she started a singing career. Her debut album, DéCLARAtions was released June 18, 2007, with a mixture of funk, hip-hop and R'n'B. Clara Morgane has written the lyrics for all the songs. The first single, J'Aime featuring rapper Lord Kossity and Sexy Girl have been available online since March 26, 2007.


Titles and awards

She received the Hot d'Or for "Best French Starlet" in 2001.

She was elected the top French and eighth sexiest woman in the world by the French edition of the magazine FHM.

She was also the first French woman to be featured on the cover page of the U.S. edition of Penthouse and has appeared on more than forty magazine covers including VSD, FHM, Penthouse, Playboy, Newlook and Maxim.
