ASMU Faculty of Foreign Students

Altai State Medical University (ASMU) is one of the leading West Siberian medical universities conducting high quality medical training.

Students and specialists from 27 countries study at ASMU this year. They are: Iraq, Egypt, Syrian Arab Republic, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, India, Morocco, Sweden, Venezuela, Tunisia, Ghana, Jordan, the USA, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Palestine, Greece, Iran. ASMU has its Association of Foreign Students.

Faculty of Foreign Students was estabished in the University in 2016. Students of this faculty are trained in «General Medicine», «Dentistry» and «Pharmacy» in the English language for the first three years with an intensive course of the Russian language which will allow them to talk to patients. By the fourth year the students are able to be trained both in English and in Russian.
